I just noticed this was here!
anyway, a repost.
Champions: Heavyweight: Disaster #1 Cont: Monolith
Interplanetary: Tanck #1 Cont: Payback
Holovision: Monolith #1 Cont: Varies. Must have won a match on the previous show
Tag Team: Gladiators #1 Cont: Master Race
Stars and Stripes Break up: Some say the seeds of Guy Andrews (American Guy) breaking up S&S were sewn the second Phantasy caught the eye of Guy. The second nail fell when Vidtek convinced Guy he was waisting his time in tag matches. Guy approached his then partner about taking some time away from the team and going solo. US Male cited that they were the tag champs at the time (and 8 time champs at that) and that going solo made no sense. Vidtek, Phantasy and Guy set up US Male on Vidtek's show and a brutal beatdown ensued. Guy, Vidtek and Phantasy share an uneasy alliance as Vidtek has since returned to the ring. US Male is struggling on his own, and is looking for a replacement partner. He and Tristan had been teaming on occasion, but as of this morning, Tristan was released in the roster cuts this year.
The Roster Cuts:
The GWF Front office decided to, like in 2119, release several wrestlers due several factors. Released thus far:
Tristan: Rumored to be in contact w/ CPC
Epoch: Central command lost a Loser leave fed 6 man tag match against the ENGENICS PROJECT. Already signed with CPC.
Killprey: Central command lost a Loser leave fed 6 man tag match against the ENGENICS PROJECT.Unknown.
Scimitar: Unknown
Betrayer: Rumored contact with CPC.
DR. BARNABAS, RUBICON, HADRIAN & NERO SIGN w/ GWF! Yeah, you heard that right. Their contracts were up in the CPC, and rather than split his team up, he's moved over to the GWF. He's already made an impact, sending Rubicon to attack the newly crown GWF champion, Disaster after Galactimania. Barnabas's Horde vs. the Gladiators...The fans are already going crazy over this. The current Animen team has already stepped up to Barnabas, saying that he's: "Lower than Whale $#!t" as Swarm put it. Barnabas only responed as saying: "My son, do your fans ever wonder why you have to wear a mask? You are dealing with something you don't understand.."
What could he mean?
Disaster has of course regained the Heavyweight title from Tricks in a cell match at Galactimania. Tricks fought valiantly, but the big Aethran Bulldozer plowed his way to another title reign.
Tanck won the IP title at Galactimania in a 3 Way dance vs. Payback & Anivar. Payback and Anivar, btw, are involved in one of the most brutal feuds the GWF has seen in years. Tanck has returned to his winning ways in attaining the IP title, which he hasn't worn since around 2116 (I think, I can't remember, it's been a long time)
The Gladiators are having a tough go for their first Tag title reign. Although they've beaten Master Race, Troubleshooters and Divided We Fall in a 4 way match. Perhaps the tag titles were the spark this flowndering team needed to gell.

GWF Universal Champion: Death Knight
GWF Interplanetary Champion: The Executioner
GWF Universal Tag Team Champions: The Gladiators
Massif vs Thantos & Bishop Hell: This one started just recently at the last PPV, when Massif injured Thantos after defeating him in a match. A few shows later a mysterious person assaulted Massif backstage and blasted him in the face with a fireball. The person of course is Bishop Hell who has been proclaiming that the time is nearing. Coincidentally, Thantos has recently come off the injured list. ;D
SOD vs Flying Titans: This one is ongoing and will likely remain ongoing for quite some time. At the moment the Titans have a slight lead after Pit Viper obliterated Ghengis Khan in almost record time, and the SOD lost a big six man. Seeds have been planted for Ghengis Khan's eventual face turn, Pit Viper's eventual heel turn and the arrival of Splatter.
Death Knight vs Lord Nexus: Stemming from the Universal Title tournament at the first ever GWF show. Lord Nexus beat Death Knight with embarassing ease and Death Knight has hated him for it ever since. His happiest moments have been when he's gotten the chance to actually defeat Lord Nexus in a match and he periodically interferes in Nexus' matches, even if he doesn't gain anything by it.
Vanity vs Neptunian Space Croppers: A minor storyline so far, now that Vanity's ineptitude in the ring has caused Killer Queen to break up thier tag team. Determined to prove himself, Vanity intends to feud with them on his own. Building to Vanity stealing Creeper from Beast Rider's zoo.
Gladiators vs Wolf: They hate each other basically. Wolf has singles wins over both the Gladiators and they're still upset about him leaving the group. Also, recently they've recieved orders to from the Aethran War Minister to eliminate him.

Update to Kaz's GWF Beginning July 2121
Heavyweight Champ: Disaster IP: Tanck Tag: Divided We Fall Holovision: Rubicon
Injuries and suspensions are the order of business in my GWF. The night before the Gladiators were to put their titles on the line against the Troubleshooters, Paralyze met Muss in a one on one match. Muss fell to the Paralyzer, which was kept on after the match. Muss is rumored to have a collapsed vertibre in his neck and will require surgery. (13 card injury) Paralyze was suspended for the actions for 7 cards. The Gladiators were stripped of the tag titles. The bomb and Rage met the night at Sudden Death 2121, where Bomb brutally attacked Rage after pinning him, earning Rage a 6 card injury and Bomb a 6 week vacation. Two top teams will be missing from the tag scene for at least two months...Add the injuries of Tricks, Panther Warrior and several others, and that leaves quite a few spots open for the next couple of weeks.
Monolith has had a tough couple of weeks himself. After losing to Disaster in a last man standing match in his bid to take back the Hwt title at Sudden Death, he was forced to defend his Holovision title against the savage newcomer, Rubicon. Dispite both the Dark Menace at ringside and the Master Race storming the ring (bringing out Darwin's Legacy) Rubicon absorbed a stunning amount of punishment in route to dismantling the Holovision champion and bringing the belt back to Barnabas. That was two pinfall losses in two nights for the big man. This looks to be the beginnings of an intense feud between two genetically enhanced teams...
The push to the Galactic Rumble is beginning. Rumors of who may be involved, especially with so many injuries currently in the fed, have begun to swirl. One of the biggest may be that of current CPC star Dante! Rumor has it his contract is up in the next month, and may have some interest in jumping to the GWF.

For my new game.
Galaxian Champion: Killer Queen. Won it back from Massif in Massif's second title defence with a little help from Exo-King and turned back Massif's challenge at St. Valentine's Day Massacre. There's trouble ahead however, as Queen's next challenger is the Andromedan Wildman, Wolf!
Galaxian Tag Team Champions: The Greek Gods. They won it from the Gladiators, who won the titles from the Greeks in the first place. It's the Greeks second reign and naturally, they ain't done with the Glads yet.
Massif/Killer Queen and Gladiators/Greek Gods are the top feuds, as they are going after the top titles in the fed after all. However there are a few others.
Star Warrior vs Thantos: They've only had two matches so far but they've made a point of interfering in every match each other has had, often causing losses for each other. Thantos won the first match easily but Star Warrior won the second and injured Thantos for 6 cards. Needless to say, this feud isn't over.
Commander Sam vs Comrade Terror: Again both wrestlers have habitually interfered in each other's matches, though Commander Sam has yet to actually pin Comrade Terror. His only victory over the lizard is via DQ. Sam recently lost a Cosmic Cage Match to Terror with humiliating ease and was put on the shelf by Terror and Executioner. Fortunately he's only going to miss one card.
Wolf vs Executioner, The Gladiators and Thantos: Fortunately not all at the same time. Wolf's feuds are what keep him from having a better record as there's always SOMEBODY willing to interfere in his matches to keep him from winning. The Thantos feud is one that's brewing as Wolf has interfered in any Thantos match where Star Warrior didn't interfere, but they've not wrestled as of yet. His feud with Executioner is one sided so far as the masked man has used questionable means to get the victory over Wolf in thier first match and thier latest one. Thier second match Wolf was dominating but was too eager to hurt Executioner resulting in a DQ. The Gladiator feud is something recent, as Massacre cost him his last match against Executioner and interfered in the Tirion Triple Threat match where Wolf won the title shot as well. Experts say Wolf's eagerness to feud with everybody who has issues with him will likely hamper his career quite a bit.
Society of Doom vs The Flying Titans: In six man contests the Society of Doom has dominated, with Krakan not even needing to tag out as he effortlessly defeated the Titans on his own. In singles competition however the Titans have been more dominant with Pit Viper and Pulsar dominating Ghengis Khan and Mutant and even getting pinfalls over Krakan himself. Nexus however, has yet to pin his arch nemesis.
