Here's a quick explanation of my methodology for determining who gets promoted to the "main roster" and who gets released.
In developmental, five consecutive wins gets you in line for the next available roster spot. There are a finite number of spots on the main roster, so, if there are several developmental wrestlers who earn a spot, they may have to wait a little while. That depends on main roster turnover.
Three consecutive losses, on the other hand, earn a wrestler his release. In developmental, countouts and DQ's are not allowed; therefore, three straight clean (pinfall or submission) losses put a wrestler at the end of the line in the talent pool in his particular category (international, WWE/ECW/TNA, and indies/extinct feds).
On the main roster, three clean losses are still reason for release; however, at that level, countouts and DQ's are allowed. So, to be released from the main roster, a wrestler must suffer either three straight clean losses OR five straight losses combining pins, submissions, DQ's and countouts. Also, since singles wrestlers may sometimes compete in tag matches, pinfall or submission losses in tag competition count towards a wrestler's loss total. A wrestler on a losing team who is NOT pinned or does NOT submit himself is not penalized.
I hope this answers some questions. In the meantime, it's fun trying to guess who's going to get a spot on the main roster.
One more thing ... when the next all-new "official" Filsinger Games set comes out, all wrestlers in that set go immediately to the front of the line and take priority over developmental wrestlers.

FROM THE OFFICE OF LWF PROMOTER ROB MOORE
Over the last few months, I have watched wrestlers in the LWF Developmental System give it everything they have to earn a spot on the main LWF roster and appear on the nationally televised World Class Championship Wrestling television show. With the qualifier of five consecutive wins, several stars-in-the-making have earned that place. Unfortunately, with three developmental cards being run weekly, this has resulted in a bottleneck in the "on-deck circle," to borrow a term from baseball. Also, there are certain superstars who are not required to go through developmental, but, at this pace, some of those who have waited two years to return to the main roster may have to wait longer, if not forever, while developmental wrestlers take any open spots.
Therefore, I have decided to add a new level of developmental between the three existing rosters and the main LWF roster. The new level will be called LWF Universal Championship Wrestling, and it will be a place for those who advance from Blacklands, International and Superstars to further hone their craft in preparation for the LWF proper. Any developmental talent which enters the Universal level will then have the opportunity to advance to the "big leagues."
Wrestlers who have already advanced from developmental to the LWF and are on the official roster, such as the Dudley Boyz, Jimmy Golden, Gregory Helms, Roadkill and Samoa Joe, will not be affected.
To differentiate Universal from the three current rosters, disqualifications and countouts will be allowed. Also, managers and valets will be allowed at ringside.
Just like existing developmental, it will take five consecutive wins for advancement. However, this may now include a minimum of three pins and submissions, combined with a maximum of two DQ's or countouts. Three consecutive losses will still be grounds for release. If no one in lower developmental meets the criteria for advancement to Universal, the spot will be filled on basis of merit, chosen by the promotion.
The first Universal card will be held on Friday, June 1 at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, which will be the permanent home of this developmental level. Thus far, Christopher Daniels, Great Khali and Jushin Liger have been selected for the roster. The roster will be filled with nine more wrestlers and two tag teams following completion of this weekend's action.
We look forward to seeing whether this helps with the current situation in the LWF. Ultimately, the fans are the winners, becuase they get more top-notch wrestling action. See you at the arena!
